About Jessica  Hawker

Jessica Hawker set up Wizard Tutors in 2004. She went to Oxford and Bath Universities to complete a degree in Biochemistry in 2004. While at University she did lots of other things including:

✭ Trainer on the NUS national student learning programme–

✭ Trained the new trainers for the above, at national level–NLP course: effective communication and problem solving

✭ Counselling training: where she learnt to listen with both ears!

✭ Advocacy training: representing the views of the young person without judgement or bias.

✭ Sessional worker with autistic children and others with learning difficulties (Wiltshire County Council).–

✭ Millennium volunteer: over 200 hours helping young people by empowering them with knowledge and skills.

✭ Off the Record: charity in Bath supporting young people in various ways, now representing young peoples views as a trustee on the management committee.
